Terms and Conditions of Sale

You are about to create your bespoke piece. Every customization request is handcrafted by an expert embroiderer. For this reason, any slight imperfections in the embroidery are not to be considered defects, but rather a distinguishing characteristic attesting to its unique nature. The image of the embroidery is strictly for illustrative purposes: the size, placement, and thread color may vary slightly from what is shown. The customization service fee is €10.00.

Processing and Delivery Times 

Customized items require dedicated craftsmanship and therefore involve longer handling times compared to standard orders. As a result, we cannot offer express delivery on personalized items. Embroidery production takes approximately 7 to 10 working days. Courier transit times must be added to this timeframe, which may vary depending on the destination and are beyond our control.

Returns

As customized items are made exclusively for you, they cannot be returned unless they feature manufacturing defects. Returns for any defective garments can only be processed via courier.
